SwisherSWTS sells tobacco products. Under federal law (Tobacco 21) and the laws of every U.S. state, you must be 21 or older to buy them.
How we verify age
- Every visitor must confirm they are 21 or older before entering the site.
- At checkout, you must confirm you are 21+ and accept our Terms & Conditions.
- Orders are checked against the buyer’s name, address and date of birth before shipping. We may ask for a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Deliveries may require an adult (21+) signature with ID.
Orders we refuse
We cancel and refund any order where we cannot verify age, where the name or address does not match, or where we have reason to believe the product is intended for someone under 21.
Providing false age information to buy tobacco is against the law.
