Processing
Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1–2 business days once age verification is complete.
Age verification and delivery
All sales are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. We verify age before shipping and may require an adult signature on delivery. Packages may be labeled as containing tobacco products and may require an adult (21+) signature with ID on delivery. Packages cannot be left unattended.
Where we ship
We ship only within the United States and only where the sale is legal. Several states, counties and cities ban or restrict flavored tobacco products, including flavored cigars and cigarillos. Orders containing restricted products will be cancelled and refunded if the delivery address is in a restricted area.
Taxes
Applicable state and local tobacco and sales taxes are added at checkout or included in the price, as required by law.
